Where to paste it
- Apple Calendar · Mac
- File → New Calendar Subscription. Or just hit Open in Calendar.
- Apple Calendar · iPhone
- Settings → Apps → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Google Calendar
- Other calendars → + → From URL. Needs the https:// form, and refreshes on its own schedule — often once a day.
- Outlook
- Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
The URL tracks your filters above, so pick your teams first. A subscription is its own calendar, so removing it later takes one click.
How do I get this into my calendar?
Apple Calendar · Mac
- Click Download .ics file above.
- Double-click the file in your Downloads folder.
- Calendar asks which calendar to add to. Choose New Calendar — don't add these to your main one.
- Click OK.
A separate calendar lets you hide the whole season with one checkbox, and delete all of it in one click later.
Apple Calendar · iPhone
- Email the .ics file to yourself, or save it to Files.
- Tap the attachment, then Add All.
Easier route: add it on your Mac and let iCloud sync it to your phone.
Google Calendar
- Click Download .ics file above.
- Open
calendar.google.comon a computer. - In the left sidebar, Other calendars → + → Create new calendar. Name it something like "NFL".
- Gear icon → Settings → Import & export.
- Choose the file, set Add to calendar to the one you just made, click Import.
Google won't open the file by double-clicking, and the mobile app can't import at all — you need the desktop site.
Outlook
- Click Download .ics file above.
- Desktop: double-click the file, or File → Open & Export → Import/Export.
- Outlook.com: Add calendar → Upload from file, and pick a new calendar as the destination.
As with the others, a dedicated calendar makes removing the season later a single action.
One game at a time
Every row has its own buttons. Download .ics saves just that game as a file — double-click it and Apple Calendar opens with the event ready to add. Add in Google and Add in Outlook skip the file and open a pre-filled event in that service instead.
Re-importing is safe
Each event carries a permanent ID, so importing the same file again updates games instead of duplicating them. Re-download whenever you want fresh records or a flexed kickoff time.
